My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2025

Good day to my beautiful friends in the @actifit community, how are we doing tonight? It's a beautiful Wednesday morning over here and I'm glad to share with you my activities for Tuesday 28..

For the past few days I have been down, but thanks to the most high that I'm up and stronger again.

It was a good morning when I woke up more stronger than before, I said my prayers and decided to rest a little as I attended to lots of pending messages on Chain.

After attending to those messages, I prepared and went down to town because of a meeting I had down town. The meeting lasted for 3 hours which took us till 12 noon.

When I came back from the meeting, I knew I will be embarking on a trip, so I visited my barbing saloon to cut my hair so that I will look good to myself 😂.

Oh yes!! I always like looking cool and nice to myself first, before the public. Lol

After cutting my hair, I went back home and prepared for my trip. I spent almost 3 hours on the trip because we gat to wait for over passengers to fill up the bus, so that we can move from the station. I couldn't take pictures the way I use to believe my cell phone was down, low battery all the way..
It was when I got to my destination, I quickly plugged my device for it to charge. My count was pretty low for the day, so I decided to do some jogging which lasted for about an hour.

Thanks to my creator for a day like this, let's keep on as we build our body and mind 😄🏋️🤸..

You can also see the picture of a tennis 🎾 board I took a few minutes ago because I couldn't take pictures yesterday night.
