"Schindler's list": una película digna de enmarcar (Reseña) [Es-En]

Greetings friends of this Movies and TV Shows community. Today I share with you a new review, this time about the movie "Schindler's list". I hope you can enjoy it.

A lo largo de los años, muchos han sido los conflictos mundiales que han llegado a marcar profundamente a la humanidad de una forma que en su mayoría quisiéramos que solo fueran un guion inventado por algún director, pero lamentablemente existen historias tan tristes y reales como la que se muestra a través de esta obra de arte llamada “Schindler's list”.

En este punto, el escenario de esta dramática e impactante película es la segunda guerra mundial, sin duda alguna de las que más historias nos ha brindado debido a su gran impacto en cuanto al tema del hombre y las guerras. El director y productor Steven Spielberg nos trae una majestuosa e interesante película que revela la cruda realidad de una nación ensañada hacia un pueblo con el único objetivo de acabar completamente con ellos. Basada en hechos reales, esta película nos abre las páginas de lo que vivieron intensamente los judíos por parte de los alemanes.

Throughout the years, there have been many world conflicts that have come to deeply mark humanity in a way that most of us wish they were just a script invented by some director, but unfortunately there are stories as sad and real as the one shown through this work of art called "Schindler's list".

In this point, the scenario of this dramatic and shocking film is the Second World War, undoubtedly one of those that has given us more stories due to its great impact on the theme of man and wars. The director and producer Steven Spielberg brings us a majestic and interesting film that reveals the crude reality of a nation that is cruel to a people with the sole objective of completely wiping them out. Based on real events, this film opens the pages of what the Jews lived intensely by the Germans.

“Schindler's list” nos muestra de primer plano todo el maltrato, la persecución y la obsesión destructiva de los alemanes hacia los judíos y con esto, se traza la vida de un empresario alemán llamado Oscar Schindler que en las primeras de cambio se presenta como un hombre ambicioso, audaz e inteligente para los negocios y que está dispuesto a sacar el máximo provecho a lo que el campo de la guerra le pueda ofrecer.

El estilo de la película es totalmente inédito para los tiempos pero muy especial al estar “en blanco y negro”, ya que demuestran el honor y respeto de un director hacia todos los que formaron parte de esos trágicos momentos. La banda sonora está en un nivel superlativo que por momentos hasta eriza la piel por el efecto y la sincronización que lleva con el desarrollo de la historia. Las gráficas y lo cambios de escenas en algunas partes suele ser algo fuerte y brusca pero necesaria por tratarse de un tema tan volátil como lo es la guerra. Son tres horas y quince minutos de duración que parecen ser pocos para todo lo que se puede analizar de los sucesos que se llevan a cabo durante esta película.

"Schindler's list" shows us in close-up all the mistreatment, persecution and destructive obsession of the Germans towards the Jews and with this, the life of a German businessman named Oscar Schindler is traced, who in the first change is presented as an ambitious, audacious and intelligent man for business and who is willing to make the most of what the war field can offer him.

The style of the film is totally unprecedented for the times but very special in being "black and white" as they demonstrate a director's honor and respect for all those who were part of those tragic times. The soundtrack is at a superlative level that at times even makes your skin crawl due to the effect and synchronization with the development of the story. The graphics and scene changes in some parts tend to be somewhat strong and abrupt but necessary for dealing with a subject as volatile as war. It is three hours and fifteen minutes long that seem to be few for everything that can be analyzed of the events that take place during this film.

A pesar de que el título se dirige hacia la vida de Oskar Schindler, la película en sí destaca el protagonismo de lo que realmente fue la triste y cruda verdad de todo lo ocurrido en esta guerra. Se percibe el odio desenfrenado, la humillación, la burla, el abuso del poder, la maldad en una escala que por momentos te da hasta impotencia al ver lo que un ser humano puede llegar a ser y hacer en contra de su semejante, ya sea por estar sumergido en eso que llaman patriotismo o sencillamente por una enfermiza actitud de disfrutar con el sufrimiento extremo de alguien más.

Recuerdo que la primera vez que vi esta película, cuestioné mucho lo que para mí eran partes tan fuertes que no dejaban nada a la imaginación, pero luego comprendí que para lograr entender toda la historia de principio a fin, es necesario no guardar o disfrazar todas esas atrocidades que se llevaron a cabo. Si bien es cierto que en la guerra siempre hay pérdidas de bando a bando, creo que la peor parte en este punto fue para los judíos.

Although the title is directed towards the life of Oskar Schindler, the film itself highlights the protagonism of what was really the sad and raw truth of everything that happened in this war. The unbridled hatred, the humiliation, the mockery, the abuse of power, the evil on a scale that at times even makes you feel impotent when you see what a human being can be and do against his fellow man, either because he is immersed in what they call patriotism or simply because of a sick attitude of enjoying the extreme suffering of someone else.

I remember the first time I saw this movie, I questioned a lot what for me were such strong parts that left nothing to the imagination, but then I understood that in order to understand the whole story from beginning to end, it is necessary not to keep or disguise all those atrocities that took place. While it is true that in war there are always losses from side to side, I think the worst part at this point was for the Jews.

Es impresionante como una persona puede cambiar no de manera radical pero si orientando su objetivo a lo que en términos humanos es lo más comprensivo que puede existir. La evolución del personaje de Oskar me enseña lo que un hombre puede llegar a ser con propósito y convicción, y como su vida puede cambiar a su favor y a la de muchos de una forma tan grande que se podría catalogar como un verdadero milagro.

Son muchos los detalles que se desprenden de esta magnífica producción, que bien vale la pena invertir más de tres horas de nuestra atención a una maravillosa obra como esta. Me gustó mucho la actuación de Ralph Fiennes como el general de la SS Amon Goth, porque reflejó a la perfección la clase de tirano, frio y despiadado que realmente fue este hombre, siendo ese tipo de personaje del cual puedes esperar lo peor en cualquier momento.

It is impressive how a person can change not in a radical way but by orienting his goal to what in human terms is the most understanding thing that can exist. The evolution of Oskar's character shows me what a man can become with purpose and conviction, and how his life can change in his favor and that of many in such a great way that it could be catalogued as a true miracle.

There are so many details that come out of this magnificent production, that it is well worth investing more than three hours of our attention to a wonderful play like this. I really liked Ralph Fiennes' performance as SS General Amon Goth, because he perfectly reflected the kind of tyrant, cold and ruthless that this man really was, being that kind of character from whom you can expect the worst at any time.

Algo que también me impactó de esta película fue la manera en cómo se destacaron y se entrelazaron las vidas de varias familias que conformaban el grupo de los judíos, dejándonos ver más de cerca como era su comportamiento y su manera de llevar una vida en medio de un verdadero holocausto, viéndose claramente el contraste remarcado entre lo que en ese momento significaba ser un alemán o ser un judío. Como lo dije al principio, los conflictos bélicos siempre han existido, pero este ha dejado una huella dura e imborrable para la humanidad.

En toda guerra siempre hay esa insaciable búsqueda por la justicia, por la paz y la esperanza de que todo el mal llegará a su final, y aquí dicha búsqueda aflora desde que empiezas a ver la película. Hay muchas escenas que pueden llenarnos de pena, tristeza o indignación y por eso debemos prepararnos de antemano para verla y más si somos algo sentimentales o sensibles en percepción. Yo admito que cada vez que veo esta película es imposible evitar expresar mis emociones y conmoverme ante lo que aquí se cuenta.

“Schindler's list” es una excelente recomendación de la cual no te arrepentirás de ver. En mi opinión, es uno de los mejores trabajos que Steven Spielberg ha creado y por algo tanto él como la película recibieron el máximo galardón que se pueda otorgar en reconocimiento a su calidad. Sin duda, esta película es garantía de una buena historia que nos pone a reflexionar y meditar en muchas cosas, a la vez que nos muestra parte de ese triste pasado que quisiéramos borrar incluso hasta de las páginas de los libros.

Something that also struck me about this film was the way in which the lives of several families that made up the group of Jews were highlighted and intertwined, giving us a closer look at their behavior and their way of life in the midst of a real holocaust, clearly showing the contrast between what it meant to be a German or a Jew at that time. As I said at the beginning, war conflicts have always existed, but this one has left a hard and indelible mark on humanity.

In every war there is always that insatiable search for justice, for peace and the hope that all evil will come to an end, and here that search comes to the surface as soon as you start watching the film. There are many scenes that can fill us with sorrow, sadness or indignation and that is why we should prepare ourselves beforehand to watch it, especially if we are somewhat sentimental or sensitive in perception. I admit that every time I watch this film it is impossible to avoid expressing my emotions and being moved by what is told here.

"Schindler's list" is an excellent recommendation that you will not regret watching. In my opinion, it is one of the best works that Steven Spielberg has created and for something both he and the film received the highest award that can be given in recognition of its quality. Undoubtedly, this film is a guarantee of a good story that makes us reflect and meditate on many things, while showing us part of that sad past that we would like to erase even from the pages of books.
