This is the gym I was telling you about yesterday there is more artwork in the gym but as you all know me I don't take pictures of other people in the background without asking their permission and there is so many people I just gave up on it will try again tomorrow when it's less crowded hehe

This one half way through I did full inclined fast walk basically you set the incline as high as you can you can see I put on 15 that's the highest here when you walk uphill you will burn more fat and it will be a harder walk for you if you're a beginner Start with 1 then every few days raise the numbers as you see fit make sure you don't over do it but if you're confident try it but lower the speed so you get the hang of it it really is high so get use to it use a good shoes 👟 so you don't slip if you sweat too much bring a tower and the most important water always bring water water water water got it! Good boy and good girl lol 😂

I sound like a coach again there did I hehe.

Anyway time to go I don't think I go gym today because after the 35 minutes incline walk I did deadlift until fail so I can't go up or down the stairs yesterday 😂😂 everyone was looking at me scared cuz I didn't stop doing deadlift do It until you fail that's how you grow the muscles no need to do heavy as long as you can feel the tension.
