I'm quite sad actually to accept something a few months ago I did my fasting and lifting heavy πŸͺ¨ to get the body I wanted and I got it but there was a price to pay my joints and certain parts of the body was in constant pain.

  • When my gym closed I stopped training for few months and I stop my fasting as well my fasting is very easy only eat chicken or meat πŸ₯“ once a day and drink only water and black coffee β˜• no sugar.

  • I recovered from all the injuries the sad thing is in order for me not to feel any pain I have to lift light but hundred reps to get the body I want I love lifting heavy 100kg above but due to age and the work I do I can't do it like I used to sadly.

  • no matter how many times I checked online everyone says when you reach your 30s you should not lift heavy just light weight but more reps so I have to accept the fact that I am not young anymore but I do have the energy of a teenage kids.

  • So I will do my gym at home I have a set of dumbbells I guess I will do something like tabata exercises but with light dumbbells will show some videos when I'm done with it and tell you how I feel. Also I need to start doing the one meal per day fasting again I felt so good when I did that I felt strong and healthy. See you guys next time.

The condition of the body has more to do with beliefs and food/drink (proper nutrients) then it does age in and of itself. The problem that I ran into with capoeira was that I had to be careful to keep building my body with solid nutrition at least as fast as I was breaking it down through intense training and workouts. It was a very delicate balance! Happy Tuesday, brother! 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

Balance is the right word for it. I have to start lifting light weights with hundreds of reps I can't do heavy anymore I always damage something when I do haha πŸ˜‚

Well, you can also get in great shape just using your own body weight. In capoeira, I was in the best shape of my life, and I never used weights. πŸ˜πŸ™πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ€™
