Workout for today
Fast walk
Jog
Running on stairs
Push ups
Sit ups
I was trying to find an empty area to film 📽️ quite a lot of people today then I notice it's not as hot 🔥 as it used to be today my rules of taking a video I think everyone need to read this
- Make sure no one in the background of your videos
- Don't tell people they should NOT be in your video always ask permission is it ok for you to film 📽️ and if they are ok with them being in the background
- Be respectful of people's privacy
Even when I take pictures I always wait till everyone is gone that's why some people in the comments thought 'oh Abu Dhabi is so quiet' not really I just don't take peoples pictures without consent.

Yup that was a good workout 💪 I need to do more because I didn't feel it this time it's a good sign that your body is adapting to the load you give it. See you tomorrow for the next workout.

Congratulations on your great workout, brother! For your push-ups, if you keep your arms farther apart, you go all the way down, and you go very slowly, I think you'd find it quite beneficial indeed! You're right brother I need to push up faster I'm training my punching power for upcoming boxing tournament hehe.
Just do whatever you see I do here it takes few minutes without the fast walk, jog and run. Get that muscle hard hehe.

Ah, OK, I got it! Yes, a little here and there helps a lot, but I also feel like I need a regular practice. I used to be solid, lean, flexible muscle. I'm still muscular, but I'm a tiny bit soft around the edges, so yeah, I need to get to it! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
