Tried going out today and see if I can stand the heat nope I can't stand it haha
It's 39° outside only for today the next day onwards will be 40° above so I don't think I can train outside even when it's night time.
I tried to do boxing 🥊 at night with a friend after I'm done I had terrible headache heatstroke is a serious thing so I'm not gonna mess with it. Even today I went out just for a walk the sweat was dripping badly I guess I stay safe for now but I might not see how I feel haha 😂
