This work can be so stressful, I remember when I worked in a hotel with little employees.
I had to work almost in all the department, it wasn't easy nor funny.

Sadly almost every shop I work in only few staff is working due to the shop not making money or the shop has a manager who cut cost just to show the owners they save money if he works there.
From my experience depends on management if the management knows what to do you're safe if not then it gets stressed for no reason.
I'm changing job soon so let's hope for the best.

Its normal in the F&B industry this is one of the reason why i wanna change profession there is no love for people who actually work and take care of the business people only care about numbers
