First time I made a swan 🦢 turns out quite well actually eventhough it's not the right technique hehe.

It was busy today at work teaching everyone the basic of coffee ☕ and basic latte art 🎨 I'll try my best to make sure they are ready before I leave.

Most people after they resign they just left without teaching anything because they are scared they will be replaced. for me i dont care if they replace me or they become better than me because i like to believe that one day one or more of the people i taught will own they own restaurant and maybe they want me to partner with them or work for them we never know

Also i dont really hope for anything i just believe that knowledge has to be shared not hidden.
