Today is workout day.🤠

Hello 👋🤩 everyone welcome to another actifit report.

That's weird I thought I took pictures yesterday I guess I was distracted.

After work one of my friend said he wanted to start training in the gym I told him we should just do bodyweight training so we did together

1. Push up
   One minute
   30second rest

2. Plank
   One minute
   30second Rest

3. Moving Squat
   One minute
   30 second rest

4. Moving Plank
   One minute
   30 second rest

5. Crawling Plank (hope I name this workout right lol)
   One minute
   30 seconds rest

6. Burpees
   One minute
   30 seconds rest

7. Push up plank
   One minute
   30 second rest

8. Running plank
   One minute
   30 second rest

After this we both almost di@d lol 🤣 he's a big and tall guy. Then we walk home for another 20 minutes surprisingly our rented room not far from each other so we will do this training again together.

• People who despise you and look for flaws in you or make up stories about you can't stand you because their demons can't handle your greatness.
• It's a sign that you're on the right route and at the appropriate time right now when you look back on your past and feel like throwing up.
• Nothing lasts forever so don't think on it for too long whatever is lost is lost whatever is gain is gain
