Hi 👋 ☺️ everyone welcome to another actifit report today a lot of ladder climbing due to glasses arrangements, on the way to work jogging 👟 because the traffic lights keep turning red too fast as usual like it knows I'm going to work, and unexpected work I was told to do today was security for night 🌃 time because we set up the seatings for outdoor so someone needs to take care of it of course it will be me 😂
Walking towards Coal Steakhouse Sheikha Fatima Park day time.
So many cups and glasses to wash and arrange.
Done ✅ took awhile shelves wiped clean cups and glasses washed and arranged.
Going back home views night 🌃 time. My calf is stiff too long on the ladder today. Oh yeah also me and my best bud cooked brown rice 🍚 today such a weird tasting rice 🍚 because there is no taste lol 😂 but it's all right with our fried fish 🎏 yeah I know that's not so actifit I'm trying to change my diet slowly but night 🌃 time we took two scoop protein shake mix with milk 🥛, peanut 🥜 butter, banana 🍌, and two spoon 🥄 oats. We both so full and falling asleep while I writing this report taste great as well due to the peanut 🥜 butter. You guys should try it so you can reduce one of your unhealthy meals. Our goal is reduce one unhealthy meals so far so good.

Saying the longer I wait to kill myself the more people will suffer.
They are reckless and should have shown the proper media what they had before taking me hostage for 5 years. I know there are many in prison that dont deserve to be there because of this. Your stay in prison will not be fun @battleaxe and friends. People are going to want you dead when they find out what you did. I hope you die a slow painful death. You sick mother fuckers.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
