My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2023

Apart from being healthy, I also want to be thin. I feel like my body mass is more fat than muscle. I start jogging at 12.28 and usually finish at 14.10 or around 1 hour. because this is the first time my body is starting over, so I will jog casually so that my body is not shocked by activities that I am not used to.
