Day 1910 | Watching Wimbledon Finals


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I did a 100-HMinute walk in the morning aiming to get some Gutamine which they didn't have in the store so I will need to order it online I guess. Aside from that, not all too much was up on Sunday as I spent most of it on my couch with the Wimbledon Finals on half of it sleeping and half of it watching I would say. I didn't eat until later in the dat but failed to keep it clean as I go some lasagna and macaroni & cheese as evening dinner along with some soda.

Today Goals: At worst I will do a walk and mybe joing another Gym session as it's my last week going into that again. I am looking to get back to Hot Yoga as that really seems to be vital in order to keep my skin clean.
