Day 1904 | Wimbledon & Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I misread the timing of the Wimbledon matches which made me skip on my 6th Gym session whicle I easily could have gotten it in. I had some productivity in the morning and pretty much watched tennis for the entire day while going on an evening walk to at least get some activity in.

Today GoalsThe goal today is to do a morning gym session not too long, watch tennis during the day and attend a social speed date event in the evening.
