Day 1881 | 3-Hour Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I skipped on my Reps and Hot Yoga class as I have an annoying feeling in my belly since Tuesday when I ate too much and not as healthy followed by a bowl of vegan ice cream on Wednesday. If anything though it was more an excuse not to go. I did manage to eat clean on Saturday and I also compensated by going on an enjoyable 3-hour walk where I really felt my overall fitness level is up quite a bit.

Today GoalsI aim to make Sunday into a water fasting day while watching at least 1 black Mirror Episode.
