Day 1633 | 3-Hour Wednesday Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Wednesday was a pretty ok day, I inteded to make it into a water fasting day skipping my reps and workout, nut ended up going for a 3-hour walk in the early evening eating just a bit. So far me weight it coming off much slower than expected but the number keeps going down so it should be a matter of time if I keep going like this.

Daily Food Journal
I some nut bars, beans in tomato sauce and some nuts.

Today Goals
I will probably have to skip on the tennis since none of the 3 friends I play with seem to be able to come today. I will do my reps again and might go on another walk. Tomorrow I plan to start doing morning runs again.
