Day 1608 | Morning Rainy Run & Healthy Pizza


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

I'm in a really good morning routine now nearly always starting off with a short 15-minute run in the morning + a 20 minute walk from and toward it while stretching before and after. There was some rain yesterday monring which didn't stop me from going.

Aside from that, like every Saturday most of my focus was on betting the football with some good results again and I'm looking forward to Sunday.

Daily Food Journal Sunday September 12th
I had a fresh smoothie with a banana, some mango & blueberries along with some herbs and proteine power in the morning and made a couple of fresh gluten free vegan pizzas that are health and actually really tasty in the afternoon. They also have a really thin crust (made from buckweat, teff power & red beet power along with some chia seeds) and are very light unlike regular pizzas with dough and cheese.

Today Goals
The aim for Sunday will be to make it a repeat of Saturday.
