Day 1539 | Wimbledon / F1 / Evening Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Sunday was pretty ok as I had plenty of things to do while watching the Wimbledon Mens Finals and also the Formula 1 race to go on another evening walk. I had less focus on my workout but will be extending the 60 day period to 64 days. I did the 100 bench presses and can increase the weight quite some more for them to be more effective.
