With Actifit, you can earn rewards for your daily activities. These rewards come in the form of AFIT tokens (Actifit's utility and reward token) and HIVE tokens through their upvotes.

You can spend AFIT tokens on the Actifit Market for fitness consultations, ebooks, and other fitness-related boosters. You can even use your tokens to enhance your rewards or earn additional HIVE tokens!

Holding AFIT tokens on the Hive blockchain allows you to participate in yield farming, where you can stake or power up your tokens to increase your Hive Power, delegate them to Actifit, and receive a portion of the AFIT tokens distributed daily to delegators. Additionally, you'll receive a weekly share of the 5% beneficiary reward from Actifit posts.

How to Earn with Actifit:

1. Download the Actifit app.

2. Get moving! Whether it’s jogging, walking your dog, hitting the gym, or even just being active around your office, aim to reach 5,000 steps.
3. Submit a report through the app to earn your rewards!
