My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2024

So much has shifted in this Butt’s life since my last post in January. To much to get into it all in this post. But I’ll say, good things, many good things…along with a few unfortunate realities too. Though all is in stride currently and my life is full of positive momentum!

I made a commitment to get more fitness into my life. I started April 1st.
I set myself several goals. 60 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week, 1000 calories burned 5 days a week and at least 7000 steps.
That was where I started. Though as I’m getting close to ending month 2…I’ve gone far past those original goals.

I have been tracking everything with the fitness app on my phone, but it doesn’t seem to link with Actifit, so I just put this screen shot of my main stats for today. Today I burned over 1500 calories.

Full on! Feels great.
I noticed after a few weeks I was feeling really drained. Realized with all this new routine of fitness I needed to get my meals and nutrition more dialed in.
Got most sugars out of my diet, reduced my carb intake dramatically and focused on protein and lots of greens…. Lots of broccoli and spinach dishes these days…. Mixed with chicken, fish, beef or pork.

Just about to eat this yogurt, lemon, garlic and herbs chicken dish.
Yum yum.
Cool, hiveians… I’ll catch you on the flip side… gonna dig in now 😎
