T20 Cricket Sweepstakes : Teams Drawn

Last night in the SGS Discord I conducted the Live Draw for the T20 Cricket World Cup Sweepstakes and this morning (Australian Time) the first Super 8s match was played with South Africa knocking over a spirited USA team. It was a pretty quick turnaround but I did manage to sell 7 out of the 8 tickets so instead of cancelling the Sweepstakes I bought the last ticket myself.

The tournament moves pretty quickly from here and the final is due to be played in about 10 days time. In the meantime I’ve put the 40 HBD Prize Pool into Savings and I’ll pull it out when the final gets closer.

It should be a fun tournament to watch as T20 always features plenty of big hitting and dramatic turns. It’s the sort of tournament that anyone can win if they put a few good performances together. We have a lot of North Americans buying into this sweep so hopefully you guys can catch a few games in the friendly timezone and see what this game is all about.
