This is the Great Tit (Parus Major). It is common throughout Europe and in a strip from the Mediterranean Sea through the Caucasus and Mongolia to Vladivostok, Russia.
Your bird will be similar but probably a different species.

It could be my brother, when I first saw the picture you shared, the bird looked very similar, and it's possible that it's a different species, considering that the area is different.
