Actifit Report Card 02/02/2022 - A new start

Hey everyone,

I've made a big decision: I want to become more active regarding living in a healthier way. That means trying to stop eating most bad stuff but also moving more. So I'll try to go for a walk more often or (if the weather gets better) play some soccer every now and then.

So for now my goal is to publish one Actifit report every day this month. It doesn't matter how many steps I take as long as it's at least the minimum of 5,000. This will be challenging for me but I am really excited as well.

So today was the first day of my own "challenge" and I spend some time walking around inside the house only because I didn't wanted to go outside - the weather was not ideal. So I stepped a lot in my room while watching some TV, I actually just started with the last season of Superstore - I freaking love that show 😍

That's it for now, but I'll keep you updated on my progress. Thanks for reading ☺️
