Niedziela w pracy, była to okazja do nadrobienia zaległości. Przerwa na lunch w środku dnia, to oczywiście wyjście na zewnątrz, żeby trochę potruchtać. Garmin zaproponował 35 minut biegu spokojnego, pomyślałem, że dodam coś na koniec. Biegło mi się bardzo dobrze, fajne tempo od samego początku. Nie wiele zabrakło, żebym w zadanym przez Garmin czasie przebiegł 6 kilometrów. Zabrakło dosłownie 50 metrów. Zachęcony tak dobrym wynikiem biegłem dalej. Przez chwilę pomyślałem nawet o tym, żeby pobiec kolejną dychę w tym tygodniu, ale skończyło się na nieco ponad ośmiu kilometrach. Do realizacji założonego na marzec celu 120 kilometrów brakuje mi tylko 3,5 km. Może gdybym wiedział to przed wczorajszym biegiem, to dodałbym te kilka kilometrów do niedzielnego biegu.

[ENG] Sunday at work was an opportunity to catch up. A lunch break in the middle of the day meant going out for a jog. The Garmin suggested 35 minutes of steady running, so I thought I'd add some at the end. I ran very well, a nice pace from the start. I wasn't too far away from running 6km in the time the Garmin gave me. I was literally 50 metres short. Encouraged by such a good result, I kept on running. For a moment I even thought about doing another 10k this week, but ended up doing just over eight. I'm only 3.5 kilometres away from the 120 kilometres I set myself for March. If I had known this before yesterday's run, I might have added those few kilometres to Sunday's run.
