Kolejna nocka w pracy, więc po północy na przerwie siłownia, trochę machania ciężarkami, a później na dokładkę prawie pół godziny na orbitreku. Z racji tego, że ta siłownia jest wykorzystywana przez ludzi z różnych krajów, to czasami trudno jest rozpoznać, jaki jest rzeczywisty ciężar. Część jest w funtach, a inne w kilogramach, w związku z czym można czasami się zdziwić, że jest za ciężko lub za lekko. Myślę, że jak będę tam chodził regularnie, to będę miał lepsze rozeznanie.

[ENG] Another night at work, so after a midnight break, the gym, a bit of wiggling with the weights and then almost half an hour on the Orbiter. Because this gym is used by people from different countries, it's sometimes difficult to tell what the actual weight is. Some of it's in pounds and some of it's in kilos, so sometimes you can be surprised that it's too heavy or too light. I think going there regularly will give me a better idea.

Po powrocie do domu nastawiłem budzik na 11, żeby jak najkrócej spać. Wszystko po to, żeby wieczorem normalnie położyć się spać i zasnąć. Chciałem pobiegać, ale żona wybiła mi to z głowy stwierdzeniem, że ona sama nie będzie chodziła w niedzielę. Co miałem zrobić? Zabrałem ją na spacer w okolice Spiennes i Mesvin. Słoneczna pogoda wyciągnęła z domów wielu ludzi, gdyby nie chłodny porywisty wiatr, który od czasu do czasu dawał o sobie znać, byłoby całkiem przyjemnie. Po drodze mijało nas wielu biegaczy, dało mi to do myślenia, że mógłbym tam też pobiegać pewnego dnia.

[ENG] When I got home I set my alarm for 11am to get as little sleep as possible. Just so I could go to bed and fall asleep normally in the evening. I wanted to go for a run, but my wife talked me out of it, saying she was not going running on Sunday. What was I to do? I took her for a walk around Spiennes and Mesvin. The sunny weather got a lot of people out of their houses, and if it wasn't for the cool gusty wind that made its presence known from time to time, it would have been quite pleasant. A lot of runners passed us on the way and it made me think that maybe I should run there one day.
