Przeżyłem ostatnią nockę w tym miesiącu, to była też ostatnia zmianka w lutym, teraz kilka dni przerwy. Po północy ponownie poszedłem trochę poćwiczyć na siłowni, pół godziny podnoszenia różnych ciężarów, a później tyle samo czasu na rowerze stacjonarnym. Myślę, że dzięki temu wytrzymałem do końca zmiany bez najmniejszego kryzysu. Ponieważ była to ostatnia nocka, to chciałem jak najszybciej przeprogramować mój organizm do dziennego funkcjonowania, dlatego zażyczyłem sobie u żony budzenie na 12.

[ENG] I survived the last night this month, it was also the last shift of February, now a few days off. After midnight I went to the gym again for a bit of exercise, half an hour of lifting various weights and then the same amount of time on the stationary bike. I think this allowed me to last until the end of the shift without the slightest crisis. As it was the last night, I wanted to reprogram my body for daytime functioning as soon as possible, so I requested a 12 o'clock wake-up call from my wife.

Po południu wyszedłem potruchtać wokół osiedla, niestety zrobiło się chłodniej i musiałem wrócić do długich legginsów. Spokojny bieg trochę zmodyfikowaną trasą, dzięki temu dołożyłem ponad kilometr do rutynowej trasy. Otworzyło mi to oczy na możliwość wydłużenia tej trasy do prawie 10 kilometrów, a to wszystko bez przekraczania ruchliwych dróg, które są zawsze problemem, bo nie lubię zatrzymywać się na czerwonych światłach.

[ENG] In the afternoon I went out for a jog around the estate, unfortunately it got colder and I had to go back to long leggings. A leisurely run along a slightly modified route, so I added over a kilometre to my routine. It opened my eyes to the possibility of extending this route to almost 10 kilometres, all without crossing busy roads, which is always a problem as I don't like stopping at red lights.
