Zwykły dzień w pracy, a w zasadzie niezwykły, bo zamiast 12-godzinnej zmiany, miałem normalny 8-godzinny dzień pracy. Ale z racji, że godzina lunchu nie wlicza się do czasu pracy, to spędziłem w pracy 9 godzin. Przez ponad dekadę pracy zmianowej przyzwyczaiłem się do tego stopnia, że nie chciałbym jej zmieniać na codzienną pracę od 8:30 do 17:30.

Planowałem, że w czasie przerwy na lunch pobiegam, ale tak wiało, że przeszła mi ochota na bieganie. Kardio na siłowni podzieliłem na 20 minut tortur na orbitreku i 25 minut "przyjemności" na rowerze stacjonarnym. Wystarczyło to, żeby porządnie się wypocić.

[ENG] A normal day at work, in fact an unusual one, because instead of a 12-hour shift, I had a normal 8-hour working day. But due to the fact that the lunch hour does not count as working time, I spent 9 hours at work. For more than a decade of shift work, I had become so used to it that I would not want to change it for a daily 8:30am to 5:30pm job.
I had planned to go for a run during my lunch break, but it was so windy that the urge to run passed me by. I split my cardio at the gym into 20 minutes of torture on the orbitrek and 25 minutes of ‘pleasure’ on the stationary bike. This was enough to get a decent sweat going.

As you did not go for the running, that makes you to visit the gym, it's very interesting, as the exercise was done at the stationary bike.
