Wczoraj obiecałem więcej zdjęć iluminacji, które są na terenie bazy, tylko kilka z nich jest oficjalnych, w części mieszkalnej zobaczyć można wiele ciekawych kompozycji. Na przykład szopka bożonarodzeniowa na balkonie albo bałwan uwięziony wewnątrz mieszkania. Sam nie mam talentu do ozdób w tym stylu, dlatego doceniam włożoną pracę i podziwiam.

[ENG] Yesterday I promised more pictures of the illuminations on the base, only a few of them are official, in the residential part you can see many interesting compositions. For example, a nativity scene on the balcony or a snowman trapped in the apartment. I have no talent for this kind of decoration myself, so I appreciate and admire the work that goes into it.

Wiem, że dziś był poniedziałek, ale ja czułem się jakby, to był początek weekendu, może dlatego, że przez cały weekend pracowałem, a teraz mam wolne. Po odespaniu nocki zabrałem się za realizację treningowego zadania od Garmina, tym razem to był "STEADY RUN" w trzecie strefie tętna, czyli w moim przypadku w zakresie 143-154 bpm). Przez ponad połowę dystansu udawało mi się utrzymać w zadanej strefie, ale z racji tego, że czas treningu miał wynieść ponad 45 minut, to musiałem zmienić standardową trasę. Nie wiem, czy to było powodem nagłego skoku tętna, nagle z Z3 przeskoczyłem do Z5 i nie mogłem tego zmniejszyć już do końca treningu. Treningi z kontrolą tętna są dla mnie najtrudniejsze.

After a good night's sleep I set about completing one of the Garmin's training tasks, this time a 'STEADY RUN' in my third heart rate zone, which in my case is in the 143-154 bpm range). I managed to stay within the set zone for more than half the distance, but as the training time was supposed to be over 45 minutes, I had to change the standard route. I don't know if this was the reason for the sudden spike in heart rate, but I suddenly jumped from Z3 to Z5 and couldn't reduce it for the rest of the session. Heart rate control workouts are the hardest for me.
