Po raz drugi pozwoliłem sobie dłużej pospać po nocnej zmianie, a przez to zabrakło czasu, żeby zrobić trening biegowy za dnia. Zmrok coraz szybciej zapada, takie są "uroki" jesieni. Wczoraj nie potrzebowałem jeszcze oświetlenia, ale na przyszłość muszę wygrzebać lampki odblaskowe i czołówkę z czeluści szafy.
Garmin zaproponował bieg regeneracyjny, ale wybrałem spokojny bieg we własnym tempie. Profil trasy półmaratonu w Mons tak mi zapadł w pamięć, że chciałem sprawdzić, czy jest możliwe zaprojektowanie trasy biegu bez tych wszystkich wzniesień. Po co one komu? Wczorajsza moja trasa miała udowodnić, że da radę, wyszło bardzo płaska trasa, tylko 9,6 metrów przewyższeń.
[ENG] For the second time I allowed myself to sleep longer after the night shift, and thus ran out of time to do a daytime running workout. Dusk is falling faster and faster, such are the ‘charms’ of autumn. Yesterday I didn't need lighting yet, but for the future I need to dig reflective lights and a headlamp out of the depths of the cupboard.
The Garmin suggested a recovery run, but I opted for a leisurely run at my own pace. The profile of the Mons half marathon route was so memorable that I wanted to see if it was possible to design a running route without all those hills. What are they for? My route yesterday was to prove that it could do it, what came out was a very flat route with only 9.6 metres of elevation gain.
