Wczoraj zrobiliśmy przedostatni krok w stronę zakupu mieszkania w Belgii. Wygląda to tak, że przed podpisaniem aktu notarialnego kupujący musi przelać wszystkie potrzebne środki pieniężne na konto notariusza. Po podpisaniu aktu notarialnego notariusz przelewa pieniądze na konto sprzedającego i robi wszystkie niezbędne opłaty (podatki od zakupu, podatek kadastralny, wszystkie inne opłaty). Finał z podpisaniem aktu notarialnego nastąpi za dwa tygodnie, potem zostanie tylko spłacenie kredytu.

Tak poza tym to dzień minął na zakupach, dopiero po powrocie do domu mogłem wyruszyć na dłuższy spacer. Nie miałem czasu, żeby podjechać gdzieś dalej, dlatego zrobiliśmy z żoną spacer wprost spod domu.

[ENG] Yesterday we took the penultimate step towards buying a flat in Belgium. It seems that the buyer has to transfer all the necessary money to the notary's account before signing the notarial deed. Once the deed is signed, the notary transfers the money to the seller's account and makes all the necessary payments (purchase tax, cadastral tax, all other fees). The final step, the signing of the deed, will take place in two weeks' time, and then all that remains is to pay off the loan.
By the way, the day was spent shopping, and I was only able to go for a long walk when I got home. I didn't have time to go any further, so my wife and I took the walk straight from the house.
