Zabrakło wczoraj czasu na budowanie Ferrari, a wszystko przez niedużego owada, który ugryzł lub użądlił żonę w niedzielę. Na marginesie to nie wiem, co ten owad chciał osiągnąć, rzucając się na moją żonę, chyba jakiś desperat i samobójca. Przez noc w miejscu, gdzie użądlił, pojawił się rumień. W aptece kupiliśmy maść, która miałaby pomóc, a gdyby tak się nie stało, to farmaceutka poleciła skierować się do lekarza.

[ENG] I ran out of time to build a Ferrari yesterday, all because of a not-so-large insect that bit or stung my wife on Sunday. Incidentally, I don't know what this insect was trying to achieve by attacking my wife, probably a desperate and suicidal person. Overnight, an erythema appeared where it had stung. We went to the chemist's to buy an ointment which, we hoped, would help, and if it didn't, the chemist recommended we see a doctor.

Po południu poszliśmy na spacer do lasu, żona czuła się dość dobrze, ale pod koniec zaczęła narzekać, że czuje, że coraz bardziej pali ją w miejscu użądlenia. Wróciliśmy do domu i pojechaliśmy na pogotowie, tam lekarz tylko spojrzał i przepisał antybiotyk. Ze szpitala wychodziliśmy około 20, apteki w Belgii czynne są zwykle do 18:30, musieliśmy więc poszukać apteki na dyżurze. Myślę, że w każdym kraju podobnie to funkcjonuje, jedna lub dwie apteki w mieście są czynne przez całą dobę. Jednak tylko w Belgii spotkałem się, z tym że płaci się dodatkowo za obsługę "po godzinach", kiedyś było to 5 euro, ale inflacja zrobiła swoje. Wczoraj zapłaciliśmy ekstra 6,88 euro, a lek kosztował 11 euro, a przecież mogło tak być, że lek byłby refundowany lub za małą kwotę. Co prawda dawno w Polsce nie korzystałem z apteki dyżurnej, ale nie przypominam sobie, żebym płacił coś dodatkowo.

[ENG] In the afternoon, we went for a walk in the woods, my wife felt quite well, but towards the end she began to complain that she felt increasingly burning in the area of the sting. We got home and went to A&E, where the doctor just took a look and prescribed antibiotics. We left the hospital around 8pm, pharmacies in Belgium are usually open until 6.30pm, so we had to find an on-call pharmacy. I think it is similar in every country, one or two pharmacies in a town are open 24 hours a day. However, only in Belgium do you have to pay extra for the after-hours service, it used to be €5 but inflation has taken its toll. Yesterday we paid an extra 6.88 euros, while the medicine cost 11 euros, and yet the medicine could have been reimbursed or for a small amount. Admittedly, it's been a long time since I used an out-of-hours pharmacy in Poland, but I don't remember paying anything extra.
