Według planu treningowego bieganie miałem zaplanowane dopiero na dziś. Przełożyłem jednak trening na wtorek, przede wszystkim dlatego, że w środę nie wyrobił się z długim treningiem biegowy. We wtorek szedłem do pracy dopiero wieczorem, a na dodatek pogoda był odpowiednia, żeby zrobić sobie dłuższy trening.

[ENG] According to my training plan, I was scheduled to run today. However, I postponed the training to Tuesday, mainly because I was unable to complete the long-running training on Wednesday. On Tuesday, I didn't go to work until the evening, and what's more, the weather was perfect for a longer training session.

Nie pamiętam, kiedy ostatnio na moim liczniku biegowym pojawił się dwucyfrowy wynik w trakcie jednego treningu. Głównym zadaniem wczorajszego biegu było pokonanie dystansu 11,27 km spokojnym biegiem. W przypadku takich dłuższych dystansów problemem jest wyznaczenie odpowiedniej trasy. Do około szóstego kilometra utrzymywałem równe tempo biegu i ciągle biegłem. Drugą część dystansu pokonałem marszobiegiem, z naciskiem na bieg. To był najtrudniejszy z dotychczasowych treningów, nawet interwały w szybszym tempie były dla mnie łatwiejsze.

[ENG] I don't remember the last time my running counter showed a double-digit result during one training session. The main task of yesterday's run was to run a distance of 11.27 km at an easy pace. In the case of such long distances, the problem is to determine the appropriate route. Until about the sixth kilometre, I kept a steady running pace and kept running. I covered the second part of the distance by mixing running and walking, with emphasis on running. This was the hardest training so far, even the fast tempo intervals were easier for me.

Wieczorem w pracy miałem małe zamieszanie, ale dzięki temu czas szybciej minął. Około 23, kiedy wszystko już zostało opanowane, wyszedłem na przerwę trochę powiosłować. To już tydzień wiosłowania. W ciągu tego tygodnia opuściłem tylko jeden trening, dwa razy ograniczyłem się do 20 minut, a cztery razy wykonałem pełne pół godziny. Krótsze treningi zrobiłem w dni, w których wcześniej biegałem.

[ENG] I had a little confusion at work in the evening, but it made the time go by faster. Around 11 p.m., when everything was under control, I went out for a break to row a little. It's already been a week of rowing. This week I only missed one workout, I limited myself to 20 minutes twice, and I did the full half hour four times. I did shorter workouts on days when I had previously run.
