Myślałem, że problem bezsennych nocy mam już za sobą. Ostatnio spałem dość dobrze, wydawało mi się, że mój zegar biologiczny wrócił do normy. Wczoraj miałem do pracy na rano, żeby nie zaspać i wyspać się, poszedłem położyć się do łóżka około 22. Jak na mnie to wczesna pora, ale rano chciałem być wyspany. Chwilę jeszcze poczytałem, a kiedy oczy zaczęły mi się kleić, to odłożyłem czytnik na półkę i zasnąłem. Po godzinie przebudziłem się i już nie mogłem zasnąć przez dłuższy czas. Organizm ten krótki sen odczytał jako drzemkę, a z tym zawsze miałem problem. Zawsze, kiedy po południu uciąłem sobie najkrótszą drzemkę, to miałem problem z zaśnięciem w nocy. Prawdopodobnie tak było w poniedziałek wieczorem.
[ENG] I thought I had the problem of sleepless nights behind me. I've been sleeping quite well lately and my body clock seemed to be back to normal. Yesterday I had to go to work in the morning, so as not to oversleep and get enough sleep, I went to bed around 10 p.m. It's early for me, but I wanted to be asleep in the morning. I read for a while, and when my eyes started getting watery, I put the reader on the shelf and fell asleep. After an hour I woke up and couldn't fall asleep for a long time. My body interpreted this short sleep as a nap, and I have always had a problem with this. Whenever I took the shortest nap in the afternoon, I had trouble falling asleep at night. That was probably the case on Monday night.
Rano oczywiście ciężko było wstać, ale nie mogłem spóźnić się do pracy. W pracy dzień dość spokojny i leniwy, ale to dobrze pierwszego dnia po przerwie, bo mogłem nadrobić zaległości. W ramach przerwy na lunch zrobiłem sobie trening na orbitreku, wydawało mi się, że za mocno wieje, żeby biegać na zewnątrz. Dobrze, że jest już luty i na siłowni zrobiło się luźniej.

It was quite a quiet and lazy day at work, but that was good on the first day after the break because I could catch up on what I had missed. During my lunch break I did an exercise on the elliptical trainer, it seemed to me that it was too windy to run outside. It's good that it's already February and things have become more relaxed at the gym.
