Wczoraj musiałem zmienić kolejność aktywności, przed poprzednie dwa dni najpierw było bieganie, a wieczorem wizyta na siłowni. Niestety wczoraj taka kolejność była niemożliwa w związku z tym, że siłownia była czynna tylko do 19:30. Oznaczało to, że nie mógłbym wyjść na przerwę z pracy, bo zaczynałem dopiero o 19. W związku z tym zrobiłem zestaw ćwiczeń w domu, oprócz skakanki i gum nie potrzebowałem innych sprzętów.

[ENG] Yesterday I had to change the order of activities, the previous two days I had been running first and then going to the gym in the evening. Unfortunately, yesterday this order was impossible because the gym was only open until 7:30 p.m. This meant that I couldn't leave work for a break because I started only at 7 p.m. Therefore, I did a set of exercises at home, apart from the skipping rope and resistance bands, I didn't need any other equipment.

Natomiast wieczorem wyszedłem na spacer, przy okazji chciałem opublikować poprzedni raport. Kiedyś już opisywałem sposób, w jaki przygotowuję raport. Wszystko przygotowuję jako draft w peakd.com na komputerze, a kiedy wszystko jest gotowe, to robię kopiuj-wklej do aplikacji Actifit. Wczoraj miało być podobnie, ale po zaznaczeniu tekstu, to, zamiast skopiować go, skasowałem. Na telefonie trudno zrobić Ctrl+Z, czyli cofnięcie ostatniej operacji. Wróciłem się do biura, odblokowałem komputer i odetchnąłem z ulgą. Na komputerze wyświetliła mi się wersja przed skasowaniem. Byłem uratowany, bo średnio chciało mi się ponownie wszystko pisać.

[ENG] In the evening, I went for a walk and wanted to publish the previous report. I have already described the way I prepare a report. I prepare everything as a draft in peakd.com on my computer, and when everything is ready, I copy and paste it into the Actifit application. Yesterday it was supposed to be similar, but after selecting the text, instead of copying it, I deleted it. It's difficult to do Ctrl+Z on a phone, which means undoing the last operation. I went back to the office, unlocked my computer and breathed a sigh of relief. The version before deletion was displayed on my computer. I was saved because I didn't feel like writing everything again.
