Pracująca niedziela. Tym razem był to wyjątkowo spokojny weekend. Miałem czas nadrobić zaległości w pracy i przygotować się do zbliżającego się urlopu. Mogłem też wyjść wcześniej na trening niż zwykle. Podobnie jak wczoraj wyszedłem około 10, to był idealny czas, gdybym ociągał się z półgodziny nie miałbym takiego komfortu jak miałem. Podobnie jak w sobotę na siłowni było prawie pusto.

[ENG] Working Sunday. It was an exceptionally quiet weekend this time. I had time to catch up on work and prepare for my upcoming holiday. I was also able to get out earlier for training than usual. Like yesterday I left around 10, it was a perfect time, if I had procrastinated for half an hour I wouldn't have had the comfort I had. Just like on Saturday, the gym was almost empty.

Pierwsze zadanie to spalenie 100 kalorii na rowerze stacjonarnym, następnie skakanie na skakance. Nie cierpię tego, zdecydowanie skakanka mi przeszkadza i nie potrafimy się zgrać. Z drugiej strony radzę sobie zdecydowanie lepiej niż na początku. Jak już sobie poradziłem ze skakanką to czekał mnie cream de la creme dzisiejszego treningu czyli serie po 21, 15 i 9 powtórzeń trzech ćwiczeń: wyciskanie hantli nad głową, unoszenie kolan w zwisie i burpees i przeskok przez leżący hantlem. Na koniec znów skakanka i rower. Podoba mi się taka różnorodność, nie zmienia to faktu, że na koniec po takim treningu mogę wyrzymać pot z koszuli i spodenek.

[ENG] The first task was to burn 100 calories on the stationary bike, followed by a jumping rope. I hate it, the skipping definitely gets in my way and we can't get the hang of it. On the other hand, I'm definitely doing better than at the beginning. Once I'd got to grips with the skipping rope, the cream de la creme of today's workout awaited me, that is, a series of 21, 15 and 9 repetitions of three exercises: dumbbell overhead press, knee raise overhang and burpees and jumping over a lying dumbbell. Finally, skipping and cycling again. I like such variety, it doesn't change the fact that I can hold the sweat out of my shirt and shorts at the end after such a workout.
