Wspominałem kilka dni temu, że mój trener uwzględnił w nowym planie treningowym moje prośby o więcej biegania i roweru. Dziś będzie okazja, żeby zaprezentować jak on to widzi. Wyszedłem z pracy na przerwę wcześniej niż zazwyczaj, chciałem przekonać się jakie będzie obłożenie na siłowni około 10 rano. Okazało się, że to była bardzo dobra decyzja, bo jak przyszedłem to miałem prawie całą siłownię dla siebie. Jeden gość maszerował tylko po bieżni.

[ENG] I mentioned a few days ago that my coach has incorporated my requests for more running and cycling into the new training plan. Today will be an opportunity to showcase how he sees it. I left work for a break earlier than usual, wanting to see what the occupancy would be at the gym around 10 am. It turned out to be a very good decision because when I arrived I had almost the whole gym to myself. There was one guy marching only on the treadmill.

Plan na dziś wyglądał następująco, celem było wykonanie zadanych ćwiczeń w jak najkrótszym czasie.

  • 1000 m bieg na bieżni
  • 50 burpees
  • 100 wykrok stacjonarny
  • 1000 m wiosłowanie na ergometrze wioślarskim
  • 50 pompek z uniesionymi rękoma
  • 100 wall ball

Widzicie, więc jak mój trener widzi więcej cardio w planie treningowym :) Ja myślałem o aktywności na świeżym powietrzu, a on jako typowy "paker" woli zamknąć mnie wewnątrz budynku. Po ponad miesiącu regularnych ćwiczeń burpees wychodzą mi już całkiem dobrze, na początku to była tragedia. Tym razem najcięższym ćwiczeniem okazał się... wykrok stacjonarny.

[ENG] The plan for today was as follows, the aim was to complete the set exercises in the shortest possible time. 1000 m run on the treadmill; 50 burpees; 100 stationary lunges; 1000 m rowing; 50 push-ups with arms raised and 100 wall ball. So you can see how my coach sees more cardio in the training plan :) I was thinking of outdoor activities, while he, being a typical 'bodybuilder', prefers to lock me inside a building. After more than a month of regular exercise burpees are already coming out pretty well for me, at the beginning it was a tragedy. This time the hardest exercise turned out to be.... the stationary lunges.
