My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022

Did my walk a little bit differently today! Usually Rufus and I mosey slowly, but I wanted some good exercise, so I sped us way up, and then at the end of the walk I let Rufus have his time. We stopped off at the water so he could wade, and I let him stop to sniff as much as he wanted for the rest of the way to the car as his reward.
He’s such a good companion. Maybe for our next walk I’ll time our 5k and try to beat it the next time to make things interesting.
