I’ve Been On spiritual ✨ journey 🚶🏽 the last 7 years. Led me many places, so many layers of myself have melted 🫠 to get me to my core being. A beautiful place to be, when your inner light shines brighter than any diamond 💎 Ü are headed in the right direction. So I’m having surgery to repair a herniated disc, but I’m taking one day at a time to go into the surgery the best shape i can. Best to be fit 💪🏽 for the journey 😃. So the thinking is that being in shape prior will aid in healing ❤️‍🩹 faster & stronger ❕

An object in motion stays in motion. So keep the body moving y’all❕A little goes a long way❕ 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏾‍♂️ 🏃🏻‍♂️
