A utilização do aplicativo do Actifit é muito interessante para que, mesmo naqueles dias chuvosos como hoje, e em que está tudo pronto dentro da cabana para que eu possa passar o tempo todo aconchegada apenas lendo e preparando comida, eu acabe me forçando a sair ao ar livre e executar aquela breve caminhada diária. Nestas horas é muito necessário uma longa e resistente capa de chuva.
