I just do the best I can too. I know my pace is pretty slow, but I hope in time it will get better. Have fun if you get out on the bike. I need to get mine down and try to use it more this summer as well.

I will push myself, but not to extremes as it is not that important to be quick. I admire anyone who just gets out and does some exercise as many people are pretty sedentary and rarely break a sweat. I do think that it does me good even if my body seems to be wearing out in various ways.

I agree with you. I don't think I probably look much healthier on the outside, but I know it is making differences on the inside.
