Holy cow! Week four already? It kind of feels like this college season is just flying by! Things are really starting to get good as far as the match ups go too. This is likely the last week of those "cupcake" games before we start with the majority of conference play. Sure, there have been a trickle of games here and there, but this is where the rubber meets the road.

Michigan State has a tough draw this weekend against Boston College at Boston College. What looked like a cupcake game at the beginning of the season has turned into a giant question mark thanks to the early wins against Florida State and Duquesne.

They even managed to keep it close against #7 Missouri which might not bode well for the Spartans. Sure, Florida State has proven that they are a bit of a dumpster fire this season, but Boston College is no joke and Michigan State is going to have to avoid those stupid mistakes that plagued them in the first three games of the season to come away with a win.

If you are looking for some good games to watch this weekend, all you basically have to do is flip a coin and pick a channel. There are so many to choose from.

We get things started tonight with #24 Illinois vs. #22 Nebraska. I don't know if anyone expected Illinois to be ranked in the top 25 at the beginning of the season. I had have to go back and look at my past posts, but I feel like they were down in the bottom five of the Big 10 with Michigan State and a handful of others.

So yeah, you might want to check out that game tonight if you have access to it.

Tomorrow is looking just as exciting and here are some of the key games I would focus in on. Sorry, this list is probably going to be long.

Arkansas State vs. #20 Iowa State - Don't let the fact that the Red Wolves are unranked fool you, that one loss they have was against Michigan which yeah, Michigan isn't great this season, but still. Coming into the Big House and playing can be intimidating.

#11 USC vs. #18 Michigan - Speaking of Michigan, they have a tough draw this weekend starting what might be a new rivalry between USC. What better way to welcome the Trojans into the Big 10 than with a trip to the Big House. I expect Michigan is going to lose this game, but they will probably make it more exciting than the Texas game.

Georgia Tech vs. #19 Louisville - Louisville has had a good start to the season, but Georgia Tech is no joke and I think their one loss this season is against the former #1 team in the nation Georgia. Oh by the way, they kept that game kind of close. The fact that Vegas has the spread at 10.5 is actually a little surprising to me.

#12 Utah vs. #14 Oklahoma State - I think this one is pretty self explanatory. Both teams are ranked in the top 25, both teams are 3-0, so someone is going to be walking away with their first loss of the season.

#6 Tennessee vs. #15 Oklahoma - Another self explanatory one. Both ranked, both 3-0 again. It's going to be a heart breaking day for one of these teams. If it were home for the Vols I would guarantee them the win, but a road game in Oklahoma is not something anyone would wish for!

Everything else should be pretty run of the mill from there on out. The one caveat I have is the #13 Kansas State at BYU game. While I expect K-STate will win, as does Vegas, they have the spread at 6.5 which is actually pretty close. Since the game is at BYU, we could see an upset in the making. Then again, I don't know if BYU has had a light schedule this season or not. It could be a blood bath!

The Lions have a big game on Sunday afternoon against Arizona. I'll be watching softball, but you better believe I will be keeping an eye on it via YouTube TV or Sirius/XM radio!
