My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2023

I have been thinking if all the troubles we put ourselves into in this world, if its worth it or if we should just let it go, claim maturity and pick our battles carefully, but over time many people have on so many occasions acted childishly by trying to lure or use their power in the wrong way either to abuse or suppress those who are weak and small compared to them, in view of this, it is very important that we as human remember that every power that is given to man should be used carefully.

Today I went out as early as possible in the morning to go and check on a friend who I have seen for months ago and check on his new baby girl who was delivered last month and from there I came back home very late and down to himself to be able to do one of two things before retiring back home very late in the evening and finding something to eat, go to sleep as fast as possible so that I can make it for church on Sunday.
