Treadmill Run To Start off the week
bostonadventures just finished a 4.83km run, that lasted for 24 minutes.
This run helped bostonadventures burn 387.5 calories.
Description from Strava: This will probably be my last treadmill run for a while. Ran 2 miles easy + 1 mile hard). I pushed the last mile a bit faster today at 5:46, compared to 5:53 last week. Once I hit that 6-minute pace, everything just feels really fast! Starting next week, I’m going to add some strides and sprints up hills to both strengthen my legs and reduce the impact of the sprints.
