What's up Hive Family Hello @liketu Family, Every morning I take care of my children before going to school. After I drop them off at school. I exercised. I fix evrything before I exercise,Today I did an angel booty exercise. successfully, I didn't know I was feeling the burn. It's challenging but also a lot of fun!It started to get easier!
my waist line started getting smaller and smaller every day! My stomach is getting smaller. I also saw a small line on my stomach!
I have to do this five times a week. for the upgrade! after doing this workout I feel like I'm shaking a lot but it's fine and I noticed that my stomach is getting thinner and thinner
My lower body is a bit sore since I did the angel booty workout, I feel that my body is tight and a bit curvy! this exercise makes me happy for my daily workout.because I noticed that my body has change a lot especially in the part of my hips.
