오늘은 업무가 바빠서 진이 다 빠졌습니다..🥲

그래서인지 오늘은 운동도 정말 하기싫었는데
pt수업듣는 날이니 정말 멍때리면서 걷구
도착해서 어깨운동했습니다.

선생님이 왜케 눈이 풀려있냐고... 집중을 못하는거같다고...저번에 한 무게인데 왜 못하냐고... 잔소리들었습니다 하하핫!!

그만큼 제가 오늘 기력을 다한상태였나봅니다..

집까지도 걸어가는데 어찌나 전기자전거를 빌려타고싶던지 ㅋㅋ
간신히 참고 걸어와서 집에서 스쿼트 약 50개 하고 이제 자려합니다.
