스쿼트는 어제 첫시작인 40개에서 2개늘어난...
42개! 오늘은 모션인식에 맞게끔 자세 올바르게햇습니다...

갤럭시워치 차고 운동을 헤봤는데요.

스쿼트 42개 하기전에 유산소먼저햇는데
심박수가 아주..ㅋㅋ 높아집니다.

스쿼트 20개넘어가니 심박수가 180을 찍더라구요..

체력이 정말 약한가봐요 전..

내일은 스쿼트 44개를 해야하며, 내일 pt수업에는 어깨운동을합니다. 내일도 아자아자!!
