My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2024
It was 12 hours on a golf course, working a major competition. In this case, it was a qualifying tournament to be able to play in the United States women’s open tournament, the most prestigious women’s tournament in the USA. Having a beautiful venue did help the day pass quickly.
80 players and turd to try and secure two available spots. Their ages ranged from 12 to 46.

Soboba Springs Golf Course is in Southern California. It is part of a resort on Native American land, about a two hour drive east from Los Angeles International Airport and one of 23 quailfying sites around the world.

I always thought Southern California was more of a desert, this must be very well irrigated …..😇
Elevations from coastline to 3400 meters are within a 2 hour drive, as is every possible landscape. As one of five Mediterranean climate zones in the world, sharing the same weather as parts of southern Australia, Chile, South Africa & the Mediterranean coastlines, it can be a magical place.
