My Actifit Report Card: June 7 2024
I feel like if I don't post early in the day, I slowly get less motivated as the day goes on - gotta be better!
HOWEVER.... I started jogging 2 days ago and I am sore as shit 😂 I'm back on 30mg addy XR so that helps get through the day, then I had a couple drinks/caught a buzz and I was ready to run through a brick wall. Finding the right buzz can be a constant challenge though, especially without any sort of substance. Once I find it, I'm invincible - I love pushing myself, my thoughts flow better, my confidence is there, and I simply feel the absolute best version of myself. I wish I had the ability to be that way completely sober, but I've tried so many times and struggle big time. I'm going to keep running and slim down again (I lost 100 lbs through the past few years but put like 20 back on). So, is not eating through the day, pounding a couple beers and taking off running good for me? It's probably debatable, but I've shed pounds before/been in the best shape of my life so I'm assuming in the long run, it's a hell of a lot better than being a lazy piece of shit.
