My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2024
Gotta be honest - I shook my phone for the last like 200 steps, BUT - the app was closed through a good chunk of the morning. When I noticed, I was already around 5k on my watch, so easily surpassed 10k.
Anyways, I took a 2nd addy today for the first time in a little while. The first was around 430am, 2nd was around 11, and good Lord did that make a huge difference. I could act on any thought I had and was ready to conquer the day. I was previously prescribed Adderall, got off, and now back on, but haven't quite got the dosage where I want it. Honestly, at one point I was prescribed too much Adderall, but I'm in such a better mental state and aware of what makes my brain tick. Having any sort of addy makes a world of difference - I really struggled while I was off - but now it'd be really nice to dial that prescription back in.
