My Actifit Report Card: why I'm back
Why am I back you're all wondering? In September 2022, I started recording a birthday video for my wife. One word every day, got a bunch of people to say words but only I knew the whole message. The simple idea of one video grew into multiple, intertwined videos on her own website. Hell of a project but I was so proud to give her something so unique. Throughout all of this, I was really discovering how my mind works and how to manage my ADHD. The project was my fixation for a year and it kept me going, but when the video was over, that's when my ADHD/lack of motivation really smacked and I knew I had to get back on Adderall. Months have passed and I used gambling as a stimulant, but it's time to really step back and find a more productive and 'safer' alternative.
That being said, a lot of what I'm going to talk about is my ADHD experiences - a big ol vent blog/journal if you will.
