The legendary 24 hour endurance race at the Nürburgring is going down this weekend.
Over 130 cars race for 24 hours on a circuit lap distance of 25 km.

A detail that differs from last years is that many professional teams consist of only three drivers instead of four. Which isn't a regulatory requirement but a decision by teams in order to reduce trade-offs in car setups. Downside is a higher workload, but that shouldn't be an issue for professional racecar drivers.

Touristenfahrten - Tourist Drives

Outside of large events, everybody with a valid drivers licence and a street legal car or motorbike, can book a few laps and experience this famous ring with their own vehicle.
